We kindly ask you to read carefully the following terms and conditions in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Our company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, update, add or remove these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice.
Payment
Prices include all taxes.
Once the availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed by our company, (usually within 24 hours from your request) your confirmation will be asked. For reservations till 29 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 28 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.After payment is charged, you will receive your reservation voucher along with your payment receipt.
Cancellation of the reservation
Cancellation made for any reason will result to "cancellation fees".

"Safe Period" for cancelling your reservation is considered the number of days prior the arrival date that are safe to cancel. If your reservation is cancelled "on time" this means that there is no cancellation fee to be paid. The only charges you get, are for administration fee and expenses that were made for your reservation phone calls, fax, etc.
Extension / Alteration of Holidays
Extending your holidays is not always possible, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a stay shorter, than the one you booked and the apartment is free to be let after the clients departure. A major alteration may be treated as cancellation.
Accommodation
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances. All breakages and losses must be paid for prior to departure, which normally ends at noon on the last day of rental. In case of late departure, we can extend your stay only in case that not new clients are expected.
