| Palm Beach is situated directly on the beach promenade of Rethymno overlooking the blue sea and the endless golden beach of the area.It is only 15 minutes walk from the busy live of the old town of Rethymno where all the amenities are, like shops, restaurants, cafes, discos, the beautiful old Venetian harbor with its small fish taverns, the minarets and the old fortress of Fortezza. This family-friendly complex offers 5 studios and 14 apartments. It is consisted of 4 floors which can be easily reached with an elevator. The studios are suitable for up to 3 persons and the two-roomed apartments (one bedroom and one living sitting area with a third bed where an extra bed can be added) are suitable from 2 to 4 people. All with fully equipped kitchenette, Satelite TV , air-conditioning/heating, safe deposit box and balcony. Most of the studios and apartments have a direct sea view , which are on request. Cleaning service six times per week. On the ground floor there is a bar - restaurant where breakfast lunch or dinner can be served offering a big variety of Greek, and International cuisine. The guests of the apartments have a discount in all food , drinks or coffees and beverages.Further on there is a reception area which is open during the day and an internet corner. Next door there are super markets, kiosks (newspapers, magazines, tobacco products) and in a small distance butcher, bakery, cake shop, laundry, pharmacies, post office, banks. In the beach part in front of the apartments there are sun beds and umbrellas as long as water sports. |
